Your hip flexors (together with your
glutes) are crucial for stabilizing your spine and pelvis when you swing
your club. Your hips also help you keep your swing on plane, generate
force and square the clubface for maximum striking power. Without this
stability, your ball striking will be inconsistent, and your lower back
is at risk of injury.
